No. Hand-picked clues drop daily on a schedule JINGLE manages for you. As host, you can also drop a bonus clue, approve a photo, or nudge a player from Mission Control whenever you like.

Yes, in two places. The host can use AI to draft clue text and mission recap summaries — the host reviews and approves every draft before players see it, so nothing goes out unreviewed. JINGLE does not use AI for any decisions about your family or your children.

Where do the Santa and elf voices come from?

The narrated audio clips are generated by ElevenLabs, a voice-synthesis service. The text we send is the approved mission script — never a child's personal data. Every mission also includes a plain-text fallback so the story works without audio.

Who can see the photos my family takes?

Only your family. Photos are stored privately and are never shared publicly, used in advertising, or shown to other families. The host can remove any photo from Mission Control, and you can request full deletion at any time.

Does JINGLE collect GPS or location data?

No. JINGLE never asks where you or your children are, and we do not collect GPS coordinates. The Christmas Spirit Map is a story-based visual — it does not reflect real-world locations.
